I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor registered with the CCPA. I have a Master’s in Counselling Education and spent many years as a drama teacher supporting expression and confidence in young people. My intention as a therapist is to build positive rapport, foster a safe and inclusive environment, while nurturing student's creativity so that they can explore and learn more about themselves. I follow a child-centred approach in play and expressive arts to support social and emotional development, navigate challenges, and to celebrate strengths. Now accepting new clients.
